WEEKEND NANNY FOR BUSY FAMILY | MONTECITO, CA

Beach Baby Nannies is seeking a reliable, engaging, and experienced nanny** to join a busy Montecito family’s childcare team! This position is ideal for a nanny who loves working with young children, enjoys an active household, and brings a warm, confident, and organized approach to childcare.

You’ll care for three children who are almost 4 years old in a home with two friendly dogs and chickens. The children are bilingual in English and Spanish, so fluency in Spanish is required.

SCHEDULE NEEDS

Weekend & Monday Evening Nanny

- Saturdays: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

- Sundays: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

- Mondays: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

**Compensation:** $30/hour through payroll.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide attentive, hands-on care for three young children.

- Create a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment through age-appropriate activities and play.

- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.

- Follow the family’s established routines and schedule.

- Provide safe, dependable transportation as needed.

- Maintain excellent communication with Dad, keeping him informed about the children’s day, needs, and activities.

- Follow parental guidance and household expectations.

- Exercise sound judgment, maintain appropriate supervision, and prioritize the children’s safety and well-being.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a nanny who is:

- **Fluent in Spanish and English** or fully fluent in Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

- Experienced caring for multiple young children simultaneously.

- Warm, playful, patient, and genuinely enjoys engaging with children.

- Exceptionally reliable, punctual, and consistent.

- An excellent communicator who understands the importance of keeping parents informed.

- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable following established routines and parental direction.

- Confident in making safe, thoughtful decisions.

- Comfortable working in a household with two dogs and chickens.

- A safe driver with a good driving record.
