We offer several placement packages and options for our clients to choose from. We do not take out of our candidates pay or make money off how much they make. Our placement fees are always separate and one-time payments.
For one-time candidate placements (this does not include any of our babysitting services):
We require a $400 non-refundable one-time registration/search fee to start your search (not for babysitting placements, only part-time/full-time jobs and temporary packages), paid upfront to initiate your search and secure our services.

On-call Babysitters (local fee and out-of-town fee)
Babysitting Pricing Options
Local Daily Rate: $30 the first day of the week, and $20 each additional day within the same week. (Ideal for the those who need back-up care and someone reliable, weekly help with minimal hours, or occasional date-nights/events.)*** This pricing is for local residents only.
The babysitter is paid directly at the end of her shift the agreed hourly rate.
$25-$40+ hr. depending on the sitter and number of kids
Cancellations are non-refundable once booked
4-hour minimum booked
Out-of-town Clients: $40 the first day of the week, and $30 each additional day within the same week. This is for hotel clients and airbnb clients.
The babysitter is paid directly at the end of her shift the agreed hourly rate.

6-month Subscription: $600 (Ideal for those who rely on babysitters often and want the security and assurance of accessing child care during their busy schedules)
Temporary Placements (0-3 Months or less) - $1600 one-time placement fee
Temporary placements are on a short-term basis of 90 days or less. Clients often use this service when they are in-between nannies, waiting for preschools to open up a spot, visiting for vacation/work, still determining on a long-term childcare solution, or need extra coverage for an extended period of time.

Newborn Care/Temp Placements - $1600 one-time placement fee (0-3 months or whichever time period you need under 3-months)
If you want to book newborn care at a day rate, the agency fee is $40, per a day to the agency, the client books a NCS/Newborn Nanny, or Postpartum Doula. This does not include the hourly rate paid to the Employee working.

2.) Premium Placement Package ($3,699 one-time placement fee)
Includes a 6-month replacement period plus an optional candidate trial period before hire, an extensive background report and DMV driving record, up to 3 reference verifications, CPR/First Aid verification, a customized BBN placement folder mailed to you personally, and ongoing family and nanny support.

A La Carte Service - Background Screening
Find a candidate on your own but want the reassurance of a professional background screening on them before you make the official hire? Or perhaps you have narrowed down your top two candidates and would like to have their references checked? You can take advantage of the same screening service Beach Baby Nannies provides to all our families to conduct the background, reference and other essential checks for you. Drug Screening
5 panel lab-based drug screen (Most common).
Typical results are provided within 24-48 hours of the test.
This would test for: Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, PCP, Phencyclidine, THC – Marijuana
This would be an in-person lab test where the candidate would have to go and be verified by an MRO (medical review officer).
