Our Application Process and Requirements

Have earned their high school diploma or GED.
Do not smoke – regularly or socially.
Are able to make a one-year commitment to a position.
Must be comfortable undergoing a background check.
Have legal permission to work in the United States and recognize that their income is taxable and are willing to be paid legally.
Have at least 3-5 years of full-time professional experience in your field and verifiable references from recent employment.

We will be there for you at every step of the process, from polishing your resumé and prepping for that special interview to negotiating pay and contracts, we’re here for you! There are never any fees imposed on our candidates or funds deducted from your check; all we ask of you is your passion and dedication to the children that are entrusted in your care.
APPLICATION & RESUME TEMPLATE
Complete and submit our thorough BBN Application located below along with putting your childcare experience/resume into our BBN Resume Template below. Once completed, email the resume to us so we can see your experience and contact you: firstname.lastname@example.org
A placement counselor will call you upon receipt of the application to discuss your experience/work history and obtain your permission to contact references.
After your Discovery Call, we will conduct a detailed reference check. We will speak with a total of 3-6 references, including at least 3 long-term professional references from recent employment that the agency can objectively verify.
Upon successful reference verification, you will be invited to an in-person interview. During this interview we will discuss your search requirements, so we have an accurate understanding of the type of position you are looking for and whether or not you will fit the needs of our families.
All applicants must be comfortable undergoing a meticulous background check. This includes any criminal history, the sex offender registry, and a DMV record, in addition to having your social security number traced and verified.
