Trudie Lopez - Owner/Founder
Trudie’s passion for quality and local business as well as her extensive experience in the professional household staffing industry places her in the perfect position to lead Beach Baby Nannies.
Her background spans over 15 years as a professional Career Nanny/Family Assistant/ House Manager and with a toddler of her own, Trudie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the executive role within Beach Baby Nannies. Trudie is also a local to Santa Barbara growing up in the area since she was 2-years-old, which includes going to to UC Santa Barbara for college and then getting into non-profit field. Once building a little family of her own, building a premier household staffing agency just seemed like the next right step, and what the locals wanted.
Trudie strives to bring tenacity and professionalism to every interaction, whether it be with families or her Nannies, and prides herself on her ability to exclusively hand-pick perfect matches for families all over the globe. Her unique background as a previous professional Nanny and household staffer, along with her own Mom point of view, and savvy business skills, all contribute to an invaluable viewpoint and asset to the Beach Baby Nannies TEAM.
